| In order to safely and efficiently serve our customers and reduce wait time at our shipping yards, we ask for your cooperation by adhering to the following guidelines for order pick up. | ||||

| Loading of trucks is based on the order of arrival for scheduled trucks only. Unscheduled trucks will be loaded after a scheduled truck(s), or may get worked in the next available slot, or may be rescheduled for another day. Unscheduled trucks arriving after 2:00 p.m. will be rescheduled for the following workday morning. | ||||
| CUSTOMERS | ||||
| Coordinate the completion date of your order prior to scheduling a truck for pick up. | ||||
| Inform us of the trucking agency name, contact information, the size and weight capacity of the incoming truck, and whether it will be partial or empty. | ||||
| Notify the trucking agency of our job/pick up number. This is critical for ensuring the correct order is picked up and will avoid time consuming tracking down of paperwork. Job numbers are followed by -A for Swisshome and -D for Drain. (Example: 12345-A or 12345-D). | ||||
| Coordinate the completion date of your order prior to scheduling a truck for pick up. | ||||
